Swiss construction trade cooperative HG COMMERCIALE is further expanding its digital pioneering role in the construction industry and increasing its participation in ernoi’s digital ecosystem. The intensified cooperation in the area of digital services benefits both property owners and craftsmen.
In mid-2021, HGC took a stake in ernoi as a strategic investor and acquired a portion of the shares. After the successful year 2021, HGC now buys further shares and expands its participation in ernoi.
According to HGC, the renewed participation will intensify the existing cooperation. The cooperative – like other retailers – wants to expand its range of services along the value chain of its customers.
The conclusion of the financing round will enable the expansion of the ernoi platform and the service for builders on the one hand and for craftsmen on the other.
ernoi and HG COMMERCIALE are committed to working closely together on digital innovation for homeowners and tradespeople. Further functionalities and services are planned to deepen the digital ecosystem around construction.
